three (3) primary areas of savings are realized when a seller has a
mortgage to pay off. Within the fee structure lies a
"sub-escrow" fee, a "loan tie-in" fee and a
"wire" fee. Normally the combination of these services
amount to a customary charge between $250.00 - $300.00. With the
combining of title and escrow services the
above referenced fees are not charged.
